1. General Terms

Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
2.3 Verification Process
Srazplay follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Prior to processing a withdrawal, or in the event of any suspicious activity, members may be required to submit proof of identity (national ID, passport, or driving license) along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security

3. Deposit Policy

- Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
- Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Srazplay does not charge any deposit fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.

4. Withdrawal Policy
The withdrawal process on srazplay is straightforward and transparent. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
4.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must always be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- A minimum withdrawal amount applies and may vary depending on the payment method.
- To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
- If multiple withdrawal requests are pending at the same time, they will be processed in order.

4.2 Withdrawal Cancellation
A pending withdrawal can be cancelled by the member, and the funds will be returned to their wallet. However, once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus for new members is based on the first deposit. A specific wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, or IP address.
5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
- Using low-risk betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements is prohibited.

If a technical issue causes an abnormal game result, srazplay reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. If an internet connection is lost, any bet already in progress will be settled according to the standard rules.

Members may request to close their account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the request is processed. Any request to reopen an account during a self-exclusion period will be reviewed by srazplay.
9.2 Closure by srazplay
Srazplay may suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:
- Registering or completing verification using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
- Suspicion of money laundering or involvement in illegal activities.
- Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.
- Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
